When Carmen Rivera starts her new job at Water Paradise, she thinks it will be a normal, everyday job. It is normal until, late one night, she finds an enclosure for a real life mermaid! When she befriends this mermaid, she learns that she had a real life outside of her captive state. Will she be able to save her new found friend in time to save her?
