When Fire Meets Ice

"Give us one good reason as to why we shouldn't kill you right now." Reece pressed his blade against Sage's throat.

"Tick tock."Flynn taunted holding a gun to Wren's stomach.

"Because if you don't, we will kill you." Sage smirked sinisterly, holding a gun to Reece's torso.

"Tick tock." Wren taunted holding her dagger against Flynn's neck.

Sage and Wren had always known the comfort of their home, Aldercrest. But when tragedy struck their country, they had to flee to USA.

On the run, they must hide from all those wish to harm them (which basically includes everyone they know). They have two missions, stay alive and find the documents.

Flynn and Reece were born to work for their country, whether or not it included the dirty work. They didn't expect to meet Sage and Wren. And they most definitely didn't expect to fall in love with the enemy.

But love isn't easy when lives are on stake, secrets are deadly, when their country's future is hanging by a thread and when they're on opposite sides.

At the end of the day, the devil and the angel are meant to be, except here, there are no angels.
