Staleria- is a State where society takes the political, economy, socioeconomic, and racial inequality, this movement is called Stalerianism. Composed of three Kingdoms- Oceanus, Rhiptus and Phoerix. Ang Phoerix ang pinaka-centro ng Staleria, na pinamumunuan ng Supremo na si King Gasillius, aggressive and ruthless. Walang kinikilala at sinasanto lahat ay alipin sa kaniyang paningin.
An independent Kingdom of Regundon leaded by King Daltus, who adopted the young Chance Meyer will going to be the mentor and father of the prophecy destined to Chance. Through the power given of the deity - prophecy and war goddess - she will conquer the general changes for the Kingdom of Phoerix, through the help of young Chance Meyer.
