El libro se encuentra divido en tres partes que guían al lector a través de un viaje introspectivo, con el único objetivo de recordar que es posible transformar las situaciones difíciles en oportunidades.Cada una de estas situaciones impulsaron al autor a iniciar en la escritura, que ha utilizado como método de catarsis desde el 2011. @LetraSilenciosa es el seudónimo que adoptó el autor en Twitter para manifestar sus emociones y donde plasmó los primeros textos de este libro.
