After a ferocious battle with an unexpected, terrible new threat, the Shadowhunters and Simon are nothing more then a group of weak and tired teenagers filled with sass and sarcastic humour. This new Hell-spawn has all the rage and knowledge of a Greater Demon, all of the fast-healing and bloodlust of the Vampires, all the strength and force of the Moons Children, all the deception and manipulation of the Fay, and all the power and immortality of the Warlocks. The Shadowhunters greatly underestimated the magnitude of the situation, and barely survived the ordeal. The only reason they are still alive is because of the hero of our tale, Alec Lightwood. In this Short Story, we follow him and Magnus Bane in for a closer look at their beautiful, incomparable relationship;
