Due to unknown reasons, Sophie Foster has just woken up in Book 1 at the museum with all her memories still intact. Now as a 12-year-old, Sophie must figure out how to make everything go right this time and try to stop the Neverseen in the process. This fanfiction was started in late 2018, right before Flashback was published. Please keep in mind that some of the ideas will reflect this. Everything in this fanfiction takes place before Legacy to avoid any confusion. Some ideas, wording, and dialogue are taken straight from Shannon Messenger's Keeper of the Lost Cities in order to make the plotline make sense. All rights for characters and general plot belong to Shannon Messenger.

Callista and Jaye, children of Marella and Fitz; Zoe, daughter of Sophie and Keefe; and Torrin, son of Dex and Stina. (These aren't all relationships that I personally prefer, but these pairings allow for a lot of interesting drama.) Join these three elves as they deal with school, drama, crushes, and Lost-Cities related trouble. This is a fanfiction of Shannon Messenger's series Keeper of the Lost Cities.

This fanfic takes place after Unlocked, which ends (spoiler alert) with Keefe leaving. Sophie's heartbroken about him being gone, maybe forever, but the Neverseen is still a threat to her and her friends and family. After losing Keefe, Sophie's not here to play their games anymore. This is rated as mature because I'll occasionally reference something more graphic or use stronger language. (Sassy kinda-psycho Sophie?????)
