The Doctor and his most trusted associates have teamed up to create 80 genetically modified teenagers who will battle it out to the death for reasons unbeknownst to them.
Out of these 80 teens, only five will survive the tests created to determine their stamina, will power, physical abilities and intelligence.
The success for said teens won't last long because after escaping one death trap, they are thrown into another to complete the ultimate and most dangerous task.
