An alpha, searching for a mate,
A girl, who never truly knew happiness
A meeting that no one would expect,

Lexi was always poor, she lived in the forest, alone. Her parents abandoned her, she was not the son that they had wanted. She had no one but the animals she would care for. She knew she was a werewolf, and she knew all of the werewolf ways, but she was oblivious to the big pack right outside of her home in the forest. All of this changed a couple days after her 18th birthday, when she first changed into her wolf. She smelled a different smell, a smell of a werewolf, a smell she thought she would never come to know.
