"Tak, tak, tak, dia tak mati..." ini hari ke sembilan Mac, menyimpul perkataan yang sama dari mulutnya dan dia masih dalam tahanan pihak Polis Di Raja Malaysia (PDRM), bagi siasatan lanjut kes pembunuhan dengan niat di bawah Seksyen 302 kanun keseksaan. Max ialah seorang astraphobia , apabila petir mengimbau permukaan bumi, dia terus menjerit ibarat cacing terkena permukaan panasnya kuali.Aneh! Kerana, ketakutan yang dimiliki remaja dewasa berusia dua puluh lima tahun ini jauh berkutup dari fobia yang tumbuh semenjak merah telapak kakinya dan berjalan seiring waktu dengan usianya. Hal ini berbeza, semenjak kematian tunangnya yang bernama Sophia, ditemui mati dalam rumah sewanya, jam lima pagi tanggal 27 April 2019.
