Fate, however, denied him of the peace he's asking for. His world was turned upside-down when an Angel stumbled injured in his territory. It wasn't the idea of his quiet life slipping away that bothers him - it was how to keep the fiery Cara D'Angelo safe from the demons of her past hunting her.
