Just turning sixteen, Jade Quinn has finally come of age. They are thrown a seeing ceremony, where They get to see a glimpse of what might be their future, and then they will also be sorted. The Evers will train as Princes, Princesses, Fairies or Mermaids. The Nevers will be trained as Witches, Wizards, Monsters, or Shape Shifters, But when Jade, a Ever by blood, is sorted into a Never, she will have to make a choice. Going on a Journey between the four schools will change her life in ways she could never imagine. Along the way Jade meets a Never who was sorted into an Ever.
