When Rachel Green's best friend gets a boyfriend, she refuses to spend the summer being the third wheel and instead lands a job working at Piney Point, a exclusive and lavish lakeside resort. Only she quickly learns that working at the resort is not just about pampering and serving rich tourists, is very clique-y like being in high school and there are tons of situations she was not trained during orientation on how to handle - like what to do when you meet a hot guy who happens to have a very jealous, very vindictive, very manipulative female best friend and dealing with all the drama of the staff as they work, live and play with each other.
