I do not particularity like the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy so I will make my own remake base on the ideas from the actual films and fan theories. I will keep the same titles, characters, factions as the actual films. I will tie it in to the past six episodes. There are two years in between each episode in my Sequel Trilogy. Making Episode IX exactly seventy years after Episode I. It will tie the 2 previous trilogies and the only 2 good cartoons (The Clone Wars 2008 & Rebels 2014) together into one story. This is a more satisfying end to the Skywalker Saga.
MM's Episode VII: The Force Awakens
30 years after the battle of Endor. Luke vanishes but starts a race to find him for winning Jedi training from him. While his nephew, Kylo Ren/Ben Solo starts the First Order from the ashes of the Galactic Empire to destroy the New Republic which formed from the Rebellion.
MM's Episode VIII: The Last Jedi
2 years after Rey started Jedi training from the last true Jedi Luke. Rey is starting to get frustrated that Kylo said that she is "significant" and Luke confirmed this but does not tell her because she is not ready so she starts to think that joining Kylo Ren might be a better bath.
MM's Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker

Based on Star Wars ep. VII: The Force Awakens. "You... you're afraid." I say looking back at him defyingly. "That you'll never be as strong as Darth Vader." I say his hand moving away from me instantly and he takes a step back finally my body gets released from his hold. I notice the expression from his face breaking completely, he is confused even rattled. I breathe heavily and keep staring back at him proud of myself as he picks up his mask and exits the room leaving me tied up to the interrogation chair. How was I able to do all of that? ------ This book is part 1 of my rewrite series. I figured that if If I wanted to rewrite TLJ and TROS the only correct way would be by also doing TFA so here is that. Also, this book is going to be very similar to the movie to a point where it is almost identical but since it's written with different points of views we get to know more about the characters and where they come from. It is very canon compliant especially when talking about the different character backstories. That being said, this doesn't mean that the next two books are going to be the exact same as the movies I want to take the other books in a completely different way. Star Wars, a series of films that began under George Lucas himself, and are being made under Disney-Lucasfilms productions... This story began as a Captain Rex fan fiction but I have evolved it into something more. Watch as Captain Rex and Jedi padawn Paul Hornen face off against the Empire and First Order, while also meeting legacy characters and protecting those they care about. Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi rewrite
The Direct Sequel to my Force Awakens rewrite: Luke Skywalker has taken Rey under his wing as his padawan, Finn goes on a quest in the seedy lower levels of Coruscant with Maz and the Crimson Corsair's merry band of space pirates in search of a "code breaker" who's an ex-boyfriend of Maz's who has discovered a plot by the First Order to abduct force-sensitive children. not only that, but Phasma is training an a new army of Elite Stormtroopers to hunt down and kill the renegade FN-2187. meanwhile Poe and Connie (plus hot shot A-wing pilot Taillie Lintra) are dealing with the death of General Leia, with Admiral Ackbar taking his place. however Poe, Connie, and Taillie do not trust Ackbar and plot a mutiny against him. meanwhile Kylo Ren leads the Knights of Ren as he completes his training under Snoke. Star Wars IX| Duel of the Fates (rewrite)
Ah yes, the finale of my sequel trilogy rewrites, this time with a retitling of "Duel of the Fates" which was also the original title for Collin Trevorrow's Episode IX. That script is SO MUCH better than Rise of Skywalker, however, it is also restrained by the atrocity that is the original Caption episode VIII, meaning there are still some significant issues with his episode IX even though I think it's a massive improvement. So, this will be an almost entirely original ninth film outside of some inspiration from Rise of Skywalker as well as Duel of the Fates. This will be the biggest departure of any of the films yet. In my Force Awakens rewrite I took a lot of beats from the original film, with Last Jedi I strayed a lot more but still kept some similarities, but with this one, there will be little to know resemblance of the original film. What if Rey had taken Kylo Ren's hand when he offered it the second time, deciding her best chance at defeating Palpatine and saving the galaxy was with him? But can the two of them overcome their differences and mistrust of each other to accomplish that task or will pride win out? And then there is a certain group of meddling Force Ghosts determined to test them to their fullest. Meanwhile, Finn has a destiny of his own to fulfill chasing visions of his past across the galaxy. Poe buries himself in work as he tries to forget his failures and forge ahead. Leia attempts to cement her legacy and ensure the future of the galaxy. This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar. It will focus mainly on their story but there will be significant plot arcs that focus on Finn, Poe, Leia, and others. There will be a few augmentations to the earlier story, but I have tried to stay true to the plot up until this point, except for the 16 hr deadline Palpatine gave them. His threat was open ended in my version. Sequel to my rewrite of The Last Jedi, One Year later Kylo Ren is making strides as the new Supreme Leader of the First Order with help from Grand Admiral Thrawn who's unparalleled intelligence and deeply analytical mind has made him the First Order's greatest asset in taking down the New Republic, in addition to Kylo Ren discovering an ancient superweapon built during the days of the old republic in the unknown regions known as the Starforge which can create entire fleets by absorbing the energy of stars which they use to create a new fleet of ships for a large-scale invasion of Coruscant being orchestrated by Chancellor Hux. Meanwhile on the Republic Fleet's new base of operations on the wookie planet of Kashykk, Luke and Rey with help from Ahsoka, Ezra, and Cal are trying to establish a new Jedi order as Finn begins his Jedi training. meanwhile Rey is struggling with temptations to the dark side, along with visions of a world between worlds. but then our heroes discover information from a spy within the First Order of the planned invasion of Coruscant and go on an intergalactic road trip to gather as many allies as they can so that they can take their final stand against the First Order once and for all.Complete
