I flutter my eyes open as I see the bright sun staring back at me. "fuck, It's bright." I muttered to myself quietly. I bring my cold hands up to my eyes and rub them before setting them in my lap again. I smile softly while leaning my head back against the hard tree trunk. I forgot that the world was a complete shit hole for five minutes, that was until I  started hearing steps in the leaves, sounded like It was only about ten feet away, my heart instantly started pounding against my chest, and my breathing quickened.

I should probably introduce myself before I tell you my story. This isn't one of those happy fairy tales that ends up in complete bliss and happiness. Those don't actually were happen. Anyway, I'm Estrella grace Hughes, I know what you're thinking, a long ass name right? Yeah,I know. I usually go by Ella though. The simpler the better. If only I could say that about myself. I'm not that simple to be honest, I'm very questioning and always need an answer to be happy.
