When it comes to creating a Character within the World of Hazbin, my interpretation of Viv's creations and how her Hell works are as follows:
1:  Features resemble human or animal based on morals when one was alive.
2:  Opposite of how we were, normally your animal features will resemble that type of beast.
3:  Your punishment in Hell is something you detested in Life.
