When Cecelia Angelo's mom died, it seemed like the end of the world. Her oldest sister, Dominique, had to drop out of school and get a job as a waitress and a side job as an Uber driver because their deadbeat dad wanted nothing to do with them after her youngest sister was born. The year of 2014 was pretty exciting for Cece, to say the least. A lot happened that summer after her mother died.
