In a Steam Punk future in the city of New London- built on the remains of London, which was bombed in the III. World War-living on an airship with her uncle lives the youngest mechanic/drug dealer in the city. Selina Ashmore, tawny haired beauty, always getting into trouble with the guards of the city, orphan and almost alone in the city is going to get a serious job. She has to go up to the Head Council family, the Cogs, and deal drugs for the youngest son- Abraham Cog without his parents knowing.
Then when a big storm strikes the city, Selina wanders off to the Clock Tower- and is kept there with Abraham and a couple of lies.
First they where little white lies, and with more and more fibs added to them, they have to do something. If they push a gear in the wrong direction, the whole Clock Tower may fall down around them.
