With only a few days before they'll select the Aspect for their Chosen name, the only thing these two civilians have in common is that they're both on a crash course for two very different disasters.

Luna had never been able to fully come to terms with her mother's death, and it had only added to her depression. But then she met a special someone. He was a boy from the nearby reservation, and he was kind and funny. He also had a secret. She was shocked when she found out, but she couldn't deny the feelings she had for him. She always thought that she was from gloomis. Then these "outside people" came, from a different realo. Her boss / father / "caretaker" told her that they will find out about his organisation of assasins and that she had to get rid of them. But while trying to do that she found out that she can't be from gloomis. And her so called father isn't even related to her. When she contfronts her "father" he gets angry and finds a way to get rid of her and take the intrudors in the process. Though she and the intrudors get saved and she finds herself in some kind of HQ on earth, M.O.M. to be exact. But after another accidental disaster, Vein doesn't think the TimeWings trust him. One TimeWing hates him so much, that she wishes to use her magic on him. At least, that's what Vein thinks. Imprisonment by TimeWings is embarrassing enough, but becoming friends with one was more than crazy. But as the TimeWing that hates him grows meaner and meaner, Vein knows she has to be stopped . . . before the Island of Grinnen is destroyed under her talons.
