We aren't like ordinary people. We are part of the supernatural. We are the katadíkase. It's Greek for the 'condemned'. Mortals know us as the 'outcasts'. We weren't always like this. I stick around with Hazel, Julian, Ryder, Aurora, Athena, Christopher and Madison. We haven't known each other for too long, but we never go behind each other's backs, ever.

And yeah, if you haven't guessed by now, we're the bad guys.

Riley always knew she was different. She never fit in, well that was kind of obvious after she first killed someone when she was only 13.

After escaping from prison at only 17 with her best friend, Hazel, she meets some people who change her life for the better, but not in the way she would've liked. They mess around, committing crimes like it was their second nature. But one day, they are given information and their vision of the world changes, forever. They find out that they have extraordinary inhuman powers, but without even being given a choice, they are forced to become cruel, inhumane people. They become the katadíkase, the condemned.

Follow them as they embark on their quests dealing with betrayal, loss and heartbreak. Will they survive? Or will the enemies catch up to them and end them, once and for all?
