After a tiring and eye-opening year, John has finally taken the right steps to getting better, and becoming a better person. He has accepted his title as Wellston's Joker, and hasn't been keeping secrets from Seraphina. Hes more open to people, and has made a couple of friends. The scent of pumpkin spice lattes fill the air as Autumn rolls around.
That is, until a visit from some old friends.
Yeah, you might've noticed the Jeraphina tag there, but it wont be as rushed as my old story. I'll definitely include the other characters more this time!

-They had a falling out, but made up
-Fixing trust issues with Sera by telling her everything

Arlo, Cecile, John and Seraphina have graduated, leaving Blyke to the hierarchy. Blyke is King with his pal Isen being the Jack. John and Sera still stick around Wellston as they have been hired as Ability Tutors ( because Wellston wants to remain number 1 so they would tutor others to master their ability ). Two teens enroll hiding a secret ability that many want control of. With fake manipulations of other dimensions and weird ability histories nothing seems real anymore until one of them ultimately stops these people from creating choas. After confronting Arlo and Remi in a courtyard and instigating a fight unwinnable for them, John feels the immense pressure of a power thought to be permanently gone. Facing a fight with his former friend, Seraphina, John is forced into a situation where he truly embraces the old. Unready and unwilling to change yet, John stands his ground with his years of experience propping him up to face the goddess who wants to talk. John knows what Seraphina wants, he's just not willing to give it. (This story is a take on the alternate future that could have been in Unordinary had John been more stable during his fight with Seraphina. This piece will delve into the idea of the final fight not being a simple solution where Seraphina breaks through to John, but starts an entirely different series of events with a slower path to reconciliation.) The Puppet Inside // An Unordinary Fanfic
-John has already been traumatized. He's been convinced to hate himself by Keon and been traumatized by his own ability. But what happens if we add a bit more trauma into the mix? Follow John as he deals with not only his original trauma, but also an added layer of trauma from everyone's favorite (surprise: probably most people's least favorite) Orrin. Turns out Keon has been working with Orrin for years! (La Gasp!) and Orrin decided that since John was so powerful, Orrin should make the boy his agent. Year's later John was contacted by Orrin once again and the Joker Arc began. Now, this takes place at the end of season 2, Blyke went into the readjustment course and John was "forced" to contact Orrin once again in order to save Blyke. -Only one of the characters are mine.
