Tommy-Boy [A Tom Riddle Story]

Tom Riddle, amidst his ambitious quest for power, finds himself increasingly fascinated with Hufflepuff prefect Carey Redburn.

After having nearly died as a kid, Carey's trying to live her life as quietly as possible and keep out of trouble - that means keeping away from Riddle, too.

But, as they enter their fifth year at Hogwarts, fate keeps inexplicably leading the two back to one another, forcing them to face the past they've both been desperate to outrun while the future looms over them like an ominous cloud.

Add in a giant snake, a slightly paranoid older brother, a meddlesome professor, a haunted cave, a madman, a vampire, an enormously fat cat and an impossible number of pumpkin pastries and you've got yourself a tale for the ages.

But whether said tale ends well for all . . . well, it doesn't.

But that's the fun of it, right?
