Dane and Aden are a pair of outlaws who make their "party money" by forcing freight trucks off the road and looting their cargo.

In the unforgiving wasteland it's every soul for themselves and if you don't have a scam or hustle you'll wind up dead in the dust. The fabled coastal towns are the only lands left where any decent food grows. They're then taken by trucks across the desert to the homes of the elite, wealthy CEOs, politicians and anyone that can afford to keep their clothes clean of blood and sand.

The Wreckers force the cargo trucks in to crashes and take what they can carry back to the outposts and bazaars to make some quick credits.

But there's something important in their latest wreck that won't be easily forgotten or written off.

With a threat growing in the shadows, Lieutenant Drew "Daisy" Farrell is sought out for TF141, an elite squad of soldiers trained to deal with the world's most serious threats. The transition onto the team goes smoothly, except for the animosity between her and her fellow task force Lieutenant. Despite the anger between them, Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley --the grumpy-ass, arrogant, rude, frustrating, control freak of a man-- manages to distract her with his coffee-colored eyes and sinful touches, leaving her cursing him in more ways than one. But as the target terrorist organization avoids their grasp, he shows her exactly what she can have if she simply listens. ⁂ For anyone else who is feral over Simon Riley and enemies to lovers, this is for you ;) This story contains a lot of smutty chapters, however, there is still plenty of plot to go along with it. Chapters will be noted if they have smut... in case you're curious... This story does NOT follow the video games, ie. Soap's not dead <3 CW: cannon level violence, swearing, explicit sex, threats and inuendoes referring to SA *Warnings will be posted at the top of chapters. Excerpt: He turned to her then, stepping close enough that he brushed against her knees. "Is it possible for you to keep your mouth shut?" he asked lowly. "What? Am I getting on your nerves?" His eyes narrowed at her. "You're gettin' close to an ass-chewing." "Can't handle a little banter, sir?" "You're insubordinate." "And you're sensitive." He let out a frustrated growl. It only served to encourage her. "You wanna take that thing off? It's hard to tell how you're feeling without seeing your face." A very obvious lie, especially when his eyes showed her everything she needed to know. He was pissed.

Plot Summary: For one week, the world has no laws. No rules. No consequences. Chaos erupts as society crumbles, and only the strongest, smartest, or most ruthless survive. Two groups rise from the madness: • Spencer's Crew: A hardened group of fighters, thieves, and ex-criminals who see the Purge as their time to take everything they've ever wanted. They dominate the streets with brute force, stealing, fighting, and eliminating anyone who stands in their way. Spencer, their leader, is sharp, fearless, and lethal-he trusts no one except his own. • Ari's Crew: A tactical, well-organized group that planned for this. Ari, a strategist and survivalist, leads a crew of ex-military, hackers, and skilled marksmen. They don't kill without purpose, but they will if necessary. Their goal isn't just survival-it's to secure resources, take power where they can, and get out alive when the week ends. The Day They Collide: On the second day of the rampage, Spencer's group raids a high-end safehouse, thinking it's abandoned. But it's not. It belongs to Ari's crew. Guns are drawn. A standoff. Both sides too skilled to make the first mistake. Spencer and Ari meet in the middle, weapons aimed at each other-two leaders, both dangerous, both unwilling to back down. But then, something bigger happens. A third, more violent faction storms in-brutal, reckless killers who don't care about strategy or survival. They just want destruction. Ari and Spencer's groups are forced into an uneasy alliance to fight back. As the week of chaos continues, the lines between ally and enemy blur. Spencer and Ari are drawn to each other-two powerful forces who were never meant to work together, now relying on each other to survive. But when the week ends, and the world resets... will they go back to being enemies? Or has the chaos changed them forever?

But in order to do so, the original Survivors enhanced themselves with animal DNA, adopting traits that allowed them to live in this mutated wilderness of giant Beasts and vast, unexplored swathes of jungle-AKA, the Wold. But something that unnatural had to come at a cost. Meet Ash-one of the unlucky ones. She's almost human-71%, to be exact. With cat claws, ears, and a lot of anxiety, she's on the run to avoid death or slavery at the hands of human purists in the Capital. And, she just might have accidentally set out to save the rest of her kind along the way. When she encounters Stone on her quest, a brooding wolf-boy who relies on knives and sarcasm to fight his way through the Wold, she may get a lot more than she signed up for, as he decides to accompany her along on her quest. Through endless battles, hidden villages, and touching encounters with the travelers of the Wold, Ash and Stone may just change the world as they know it.
