Romance
Olivia Bradford is an English Literature major freshman with a passion for reading and art. Her world is neatly ordered between the pages of classic novels and the strokes of her paintbrush. She meets Nathan Hughes. The nice and mysterious guy who she meets one summer. But beneath that facade lies a misunderstood soul with a love for poetry and a heart full of secrets. When a twist of fate forces them into a partnership for a semester-long project, Olivia and Nathan must navigate their clashing personalities and the electric tension that crackles between them. As they delve into literary classics and uncover their own stories, they'll find that sometimes, the most unexpected connections are the ones that matter most. In a whirlwind of witty banter, academic rivalry, and a hint of romance, Olivia and Nathan will discover that destiny has a funny way of bringing opposites together. Will they be able to rewrite their own stories, or will they remain trapped in the roles fate has assigned them? Two vastly different individuals whose lives are about to be turned upside down, all because "kismet" decided to play a game with Olivia and Nathan as pawns..

Leah Stokes is determined to get a spot in one of the most prestigious internships programs in the country. The problem is she's been applying each year, yet hasn't gotten far enough in the process to even garner an interview. It's her Junior year and time is running out if she wants to kickstart the career of her dreams. When she finds herself in the same class as the CEO's son- charming quarterback, Nate Holloway, she's determined to convince him to put in a good word for her. Nate has an even better idea, he'll guarantee her a spot, but only if she'll help him pass all his classes this semester. Nate's star doesn't shine as bright off the football field as it does on it, and he's found himself on the verge of academic suspension after a lackluster semester. He needs Leah's brain power as much as she needs his connections, even though he finds her to be a uptight know-it-all and she finds him to be a vapid egotist. As they spend time together, they realize there's more to each other than meets the eye, but with so much riding on their partnership, one bad judgement could ruin both of their for goals for good.
