In this generation of Warriors, Windclan is going through a lot of issues with the other clans, especially Shadowclan, Dawnstar is doing everything she can to protect her clan from the struggling of dangerous foes and cruel seasons, but all of that is going to change when Flamekit becomes a warrior and serves his clan well to fight off the battles of his clan's enemies. But will he trust all of his clan mates to help alongside him?

Frostkit, a kit of ThunderClan, is very Independent and doesn't understand why most things were fun. She also has a quick-temper and was most of the time polite though fierce. Her mother died when she was born and Frostkit always thought it was Mistleaf's fault, though her father said she wasn't the reason. Frostpaw becomes more independent then ever as cats from outside the Clan roams inside the Clans. The senior warriors of ThunderClan have met them before and eagerly accepts them into the Clan. Frostpaw feels that they are weird and tries to stay away from them any way that she can, but what happens when something horrible happens? When Ashstar, LightClan's leader receives a prophecy speaking of a cat who will have the power to talk to any animal, she's at a loss for words. A litter of kits is born that very night, Wolfkit and Frostkit. Ashstar realizes Wolfkit is the prophesied cat and doesn't know how to react. As Wolfkit struggles with her ability, Frostkit has trouble with OutClan, seeing she has been gifted with supreme hunting and fighting skills. Both the she-cats go through hardships and battle having the temptation of mates as young apprentices, one far worse than the other.
