Một buổi sáng đẹp trời, anh Kirito nhà ta cùng với Sinon đi dạo phố (và tất nhiên đã được sự đồng ý của bà chị Asuna). Ma xui quỷ khiến thế nào mà Sinon-tan đang đi sang đường thì một tml tài xế say rượu lái xe bay lắc lung tung (sẽ đâm vào Sinon). Anh Kirito thấy vậy lao ra chơi trò "anh hùng cứu mỹ nhân", đấy Sinon để mình thế chỗ nhưng éo thành. Kết quả: Cả 2 đứa chết. Và 2 người chuyển sinh với hình dạng của mình trong game. Một "lỗi hệ thống" (hình như vậy) đã đổi giới tính của Kirito sang....nữ  bằng nhân vật GGO. Cảm giác lúc ấy sẽ ra sao~
