Before Lucia tries to get out of the water, she was suddenly transformed into a mermaid by the two white witches. There are two ways to break the spell before her time is up by the next month. If Lucia gets a kiss by the merman, she'll be a mermaid for all eternity. If the princess gets a kiss from the prince on land, she will be human again. If not, she will be lost in the world of water. Will Lucia see her family again as a mermaid? How is she going to reach them if she can't swim as a mermaid? Princess Lucia was new to be a mermaid. So she accepted the help of the outsider and everyone was shocked by the risk that the old lady took. But what her sister did not know then was that the awakening pill would never reach her sister and that her husband would never allow her to see her sister again. Until one day when her husband used her sister and uncle as scapegoats. Seeing her beloved uncle being killed and her sister being next. She ran over and blocked the blow for her sister. Seeing this Zan Cui picked her up and ran away with her into the forest behind the royal palace. But they were never able to escape, so Zan Cui, picked up a treasure that she found. That would grant 1 wish for a price, she used it hoping that it would send them back before everything started.
