A story in which Gerard transfers towns, enrolling into a new school and being guided by student favourite, Frank Iero. He can't take his eyes off of him, and every now and then things seem just a little too weird...

Enchanted - Frerard
Frank is your average punk high schooler who gets himself into a stupid dare in order to fit in and get his bullies off his back, but the shit he got himself into turned out to be a life-changing experience. Read on to see what happens cause I'm obviously shit at descriptions. Warnings: serious case of cringe-attacks at some parts (sorry), smut, strong language, and mild suicidal thoughts around chapter two (nothing too serious, I like to keep my fics happy cause I'm already traumatized enough with gay fics and real life), also a bit of cross-dressing. A story of romance, tragedy, healing, and finally happiness, because everyone needs a happy ending sometimes. - Gerard doesn't talk to anyone, he doesn't know anyone, he's completely absorbed in the little bubble that is his independent little life. He's homeschooled as well, which means he only ever leaves to get groceries. For how little he leaves the house, and how closed off he is, it's quite a wonder how he met Frank. Frank is an extrovert and he kind of lacks boundaries when it comes to making friends. He's curious and speaks his mind constantly, which sometimes gets him into trouble. It must be good for something though, because not many people bother to figure out Gerard. Gerard Way is a lonely young man, confined to a life of isolation due to a very rare genetic disorder that prevents him from coming into contact with sunlight. With a job as a security guard working nights, Gerard's world is claustrophobic and desolate, that is, until he met Frank- a secluded guitar player. Quickly forming a relationship with him, Gerard's life seems to brighten. Frank discovers Gerard's artistic talent and quickly helps him get his drawings into a gallery. However throughout his budding relationship Gerard's condition worsens, forcing him to drink blood for sustenance. For his project "homophobia is gay" he interviews a few people but decides that this won't be enough. What if he could introduce one of them to his world and show them that it's not bad to be gay? Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide.
