A man named Katsu lives with his wife Hanako, his daughter Masako and his son Jiro.
In the middle of World War II Katsu, who is civilian pilot, is called up for the air force.
Katsu accepts in order to protect his family and defend Japan from any foreign invader.
He's assigned into the 6th Army Air Force of the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service.
His objective is mostly protect the skies of Taiwan, Ryūkyū Islands, and the Kyūshū island.
With this clear objective he will give his life for the cause as send letters to his wife and children.

South Koreans are holding well but the North Koreans were soon reinforced with volunteer forces and advanced military equipments from mainly China, Venezuela, Cuba, and last but not least, Iran, which exacted it's toll into the former's military power. There is only one objective, reunify Korea at all costs under the democratic South. Will they be able to bring victory to Japan and the Free World? Would they survive?
