Subject 20479 has lived his entire life in a cage. As a part of a secret government experiment, the only purpose he serves is to eliminate threats to the government. Considered a trained assassin, he is forced to go into the Outside and target any individual he is assigned, whether they have been proven guilty or not. The deaths are all passed off as random attacks and freak accidents. He never cared to argue, and only focused on surviving. He never questioned who he had to go after.
