Calista is just a fire goddess from Asgard, her best friend is Thor and she has just lost her friend, Loki to death. She has friends from Earth ( Tony, Natasha, Clint and Steve who is presumed dead ) but what happens when a trip to Earth ends up turning out to be a kidnapping and what other things will she find out along the way? Will she be reunited with her lover? What happens when an enemy threatens the planet they all love so much?
The Avengers must put aside their differences to fight along side the people and save the world but will a man out of time, a living legend, two gods, a guy with anger management issues and a couple of assassins be able to do that?
( Based on the plot of Marvel's Avengers but with my own character and her POV in it )

S.H.I.E.L.D really didn't take crap from anyone. Being kidnapped by them was a whole new adventure, but at least getting recruited by the Avengers was good. Carol's life wasn't getting any better. Until she met Thor. He was a little odd, but it was better then Spiderling hanging out with Clint in the vents. She liked that he was the only one who could relate to her. Both of them were from completely different planets, but somehow ended up in the same place. Maybe he wasn't so bad after all...Complete

Avengers: Some Assembly Required
After returning from Asgard, S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Dean Allen stays busy to keep his mind off of wondering when Thor will return. But when a very familiar enemy arrives on earth and steals an object of vast comic power, the safety of the earth is challenged. Loki's aspiration to enslave earth with an army from the far reaches of space spurs S.H.I.E.L.D. to enact the Avengers Initiative. But will this team come together...or be torn apart? Note: this is a reimagining of the first Avengers film. While there will definitely be a lot of similarities between this work and the film, there will also be departures. I've done my best to maintain the general spirit of the film while also putting a spin on things to keep it interesting. Also, Thor and the main character are in a homosexual relationship. If that's not your thing consider this a heads up. I do not own any of the Marvel Comics characters, just the original characters created for this story. Please note that this is an installment in an ongoing series. Reading out of order may cause confusion. Breaking the fabrics of reality the two find themselves experiencing the visual of one of the new reality's most critical and tragic moments: the planned assassination of the industrialist Howard Stark and his wife, Maria, who would inevitably be leaving a massive empire on their twenty years old son's shoulders. Grappled by the strengths of the winter soldier's valor and precision, the two only find themselves abducted to a far off HYDRA facility where they are made to go through immense physical and mental trauma as the scientists crackle bolts of electricity and narcotics through them just so they could be turned into their mindless puppet. By a fortunate turn of events, the two soon breakout to only travel back to the future where they must navigate the complexities of a new reality where superheroes, villains, and the consequences of time travel are all too real. But much more is a stake for our protagonists when they are forced to stay and mend the reality the sorcerer supreme had spun, serving the repercussions as time's eternal servant. "You can't take her Thor! She is my daughter! You can't take her!" "I am truly sorry brother, forgive me." ~ When Thor takes away the last person Loki truly cares about, he is distraught. As his daughter grows up in S.H.I.E.L.D, Loki plans chaos. He believes his only child is dead. When he attacks Earth with an army of Chitauri and tries to take over Midgard, things get a little complicated. Loki discovers that he missed his daughter's twelve years of life, she became an agent and didn't know he is her father. Loki wants his daughter back. So when her father kidnaps her, she will do almost anything to avenge a particular person's death. Two of A Kind
In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower. Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story. Then there's Aite. She's new. She's the Greek goddess of mischief, delusion, folly, and ruin. You'd think her and Loki would be the best of friends... Not so much.Complete
