Hundred's of years ago, men and the elf beings waged war, savagely and without mercy, the gods and goddesses intervened and the kingdom was reunited and hidden away from the rest of the world for their own safety.
Many years later and the grandchild of the Elven rulers pledges to take back what is theirs, killing the reining monarchs and leaving their son behind. Fabian is vulnerable without a spouse by his side and so ventures outside his borders to marry the niece of a neighbouring country, unknowing that she too may be an enemy.
