Grace isn't where she thought she would be at the age of 24, single, working and living in turmoil as her brain works in overdrive trying to understand where her life went so wrong. Her story is real and raw. One of growth and discovery as she navigates her way through mental ill health and an eating disorder she has denied having for years.

This is a story based on my experience but is written as a fictional version. Please be aware now that this story contains content on mental health disorders and eating disorders. It's a personal story and a subject I take seriously. This story is not written to glamourise any of these topics and I am not encouraging eating disorders or any other mental health condition.
