Summer camp is never fun, like they say it's supposed to be. It's a dreadful experience that just causes you to be stuck in the hot sun, inducing third degree sun burn on those with fair skin. It causes hair dye to fade, crow's feet for those who forget sun screen, and awkward encounters with roommates. Three months, all to share housing with three other smelly guys, who most likely won't shower, who go on rants about women and football... Michael is going to hate this.

He's so caught up in hating on the whole idea of summer camp that he doesn't even acknowledge what else is going on. He's going to be stranded in the woods in a place that he's never even heard of before. A couple of books that he finds stranded in the woods confirm suspicions of this place being terrifying and not somewhere to be taken lightly. He wants to get out of this place, but he doesn't realize why until it's a little too late.
