This fanfic begins in the early days of being trapped in the killing game, it's an unlikely place but romance can somehow manage to form anywhere no matter how complex it is. 

Kaede and Shuichi are able to figure out their emotions and deal with events in the process.

But slowly Shuichi realises that Kokichi is actually not the one he pretends to be. Kokichi has great doubts, but he wants to trust Shuichi. Because Shuichi gives Kokichi a special feeling that he hadn't felt for a long time. A sad but beautiful high school story. What will become of the two? Will Kokichi trust Shuichi?
