Aglamos is a world existing in central London, hidden from the eye by an invisible barrier. It had been there for thousands of years, divided into four Sections: the Land of Evenys; the Flying Islands of Empyrs; the Sea Caverns of Wulan and the Underworld of Sladdanys.

Those Sections have lived in peace for many years, the people not being afraid to meet each other and fratenize with each other to make mixed races. Most folks didn't mind it, and those who did usually kept it to themselves.

When king Firmis came to the throne of the Underworld of Sladdanys, he ordered that his people who were mixed with another race be executed. Because of that, the queen of the Flying Islands of Empyris sent her daughter, whose father was the late king of Sladdanys, to the human world so that she could have a normal life.

Years later, Firmis discovers a secret about Aglamos only a few chosen know and that sets a plan in his mind.

Aurora's half-human daughter Clara, is propecized to become the saviour of Aglamos by learning how to use her hidden powers and infiltrating the Underworld.

The question is: will she succeed, or will the apocalypse ruin everything and everyone she knows and loves?

❖ Interstellar pilot and ex-adventurer Alex Gallegos must keep their team safe on an icy moon as sentient storms threaten to repeat the tragedy that ended their last career. ❖ Everyone in the United Inhabited Solar Systems (for some reason, UIS for short) knows to stay away from Mahaha. The icy moon is notorious for failed probe landings and research missions that end in tragedy: the only people to ever venture to its surface needed rescuing after just two weeks. When a prestigious research group decides they want a turn, they ask Alex Gallegos to lead the team. Perfectly qualified and haunted by their past, Alex accepts, hoping to make up for old mistakes and get just a little further from the earth they've left behind. Two months into the seven-month mission, the team is struggling with discontent, damaged equipment, and blizzards acting less and less like normal weather. As Mahaha moves out of range of help and the storms take on a more malicious character, Alex must face the one foe they could never have prepared for. Mahaha may or may not be alive. ❖❖❖ Complete. Wattys 2021 Shortlister. Standalone sequel (Rocks Can Dance) coming in 2023. Comments and critiques are both welcome and appreciated.
