Lonliness. A word that shuns you in society for not finding someone to call a "friend". Being alone means being powerless, hopeless, useless. To most, they see it as an excuse to not conform. To few, it's absolute bliss.

In the year 2078, things have changed. No one is alone, thanks to the Buddle system put in by our very own government. No one is ever "alone" as they've got somebody by them at all times. Less crime goes unwitnessed and more gets done. Everyone seems happy knowing someone has their back, but is that really the case?

Follow Bianca, an analytical girl who wishes to have her own space, and Malcolm, a flamboyant guy who can never express himself fully, in their investigation to escape their fates. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else.
