Beyond the moon - 1 : Dreams

Anya, 17, goes on a picnic with her parents in a clearing on the edge of the small town of Valognes in Normandy. Suddenly, during their escapade, Anya finds her father's bloody, lifeless body in the middle of the woods.
What happened? What was he victim of?
Painful about this disappearance, Anya and her mother try to rebuild themselves by moving to Cherbourg. Anya changes high school and makes new friends. But she quickly realizes that they are hiding terrible secrets from her, perhaps revealing their involvement in her father's death.
Anya finds herself immersed in a world far from the one in which she imagined herself living, surrounded by supernatural beings.
