Until one of there own became greedy for power. He slaughtered his brethren with the help of 12 traitors. They became know as the Forsworn. The Oath-breakers. Eventually they died off, from poison, from battles, from betrayals. Until only one remained. Morzon. He who had been with Galbatorix, the traitor king, from the beginning.

Human girl Arya Drottenu finds a mysterious stone while she is out hunting. It hatches as a dragon, and they become enemies of the king. He gives them two option, join him, or die. What will they choose? What adventures await within the misty mountains of Eliria? What dangers?

Evon has long since stopped screaming. Instead, his body is mostly chard. The deed is complete. Justice is served. The people have their peace of mind back. What little they can at least. Evon's death can never satisfy the loss they suffered. It is enough though, for now. I turn to the Tarren family. Matias is comforting his wife, Willa. By their side, their six children stand together. Matthew is holding Mila's shoulders from behind. The rest of her brothers stare blankly ahead. Mila's tears drip down her face onto the snow.
