Insanity and her brother Party Favor are the twin children of Harley Quinn and Joker. They are secretly raised by Bruce Wayne at the request of Harley and Poison Ivy. To keep them safe Bruce has a house purchased in Maxville. There he in lists the help of Lillian Peace. Warren grows close to them up until they are sent of to a prestigious school to hone Thier powers. After graduation they decide to spend the next 2 years taking courses at Sky High.
