Yes, it is a time travel story, a BL romance, history and magic thrown in to make things more interesting. The ML grows on you, even the annoying puff of smoke becomes endearing. It is written as a journal, so the ML only knows what you know as he writes each chapter. Tim never foresaw where the events were leading him....so far from home, in place and time. He never knew he could live such a BIG life. Never dreamt that he always had one foot in today and the other in...eternity. So just start reading and see where it takes you. Smithy.
