Of course the reasoning of the queen with the sudden invite is to renew the alliance that Silla has with China, ensuring that China will help if Silla was ever to be attacked.
Without hesitation Hsin Yi and her brother Hongwu set off to Silla to grant the request of the queen, although the reasoning behind the princess wanting to partake as the teacher of Hwarang is not because she wants to help them. But for something entirely different, albeit the queen doesn't know of this hidden agenda, she will stop at nothing to find out the secret surrounding the whereabouts of "The faceless King of Silla"

Lady Eunyeong (a tribute slave girl who - on command of Himiko - served on the Roman embassy in Silla for 3 years) received the news about the plans of Silla. She informed her master about it.
