Every story has to start somewhere, and although not where it begins, it shows the horror before the fall.
Alpha Squadron has been assigned to assist a doctor to a facility kilometers away from the nearest city after an experiment gone horribly wrong. Hundreds, if not thousands were killed during the experiment, and radiation scattered everywhere within the facility. The work was said to be important and life changing, but in the process of gathering the intel things take a turn for the worst.
Riots, raids, gangs, civilians, families, and wounded. Military, guns, tanks, everything. There is no stopping because the Roamers don't stop.
