Oliver King is not your average teenager. Being rich, having a lot of friends and being the most popular is all he stands for. He is more complicated than that. His life has never been easy. Having his mother disappearance haunt him, his father's constant abuse and the pressure of not being who he truly is weighing him down. It can cause trouble for him and the people around him, and not the healthy sort. Little does Oliver know that one single interaction, a smile, a touch has him craving for more. Oliver could have never foreseen that the person he least expected to love him back would be his savior.
Mark Caufield is Oliver King's best friend. Mark has always had the life he wanted, and there was never anything odd about him. Easton King has had a hard life. His parents abandoned him as a toddler and he's been from home to home for as long as he can remember. Nobody seems to want him, they just keep him for a little and eventually they all throw him away to be somebody else's problem. Because of this, he has never been close to anyone.
