Eleanor and the Saints of the Gods and Goddesses

Eleanor, a young orphaned girl, whose entire family was brutally murdered in front of her, ends up in the employ of the Gods and Goddesses of Greece. While the Gods try to figure out what to do with her, she tells them that she has no place to go, and is willing to work for her room and board as a servant girl. The Gods, admiring her tenacity to speak up for herself, give her the post of maid, cook, and housekeeper to their Knights. The Twelve Gold Saints of Athene rise to the challenge of having sole jurisdiction over her, after she makes the condition that every time she sings the winds carry her voice to the underworld so that at least her adopted parents, King Hades and Queen Persephone, and the Specters can hear her upon leaving the the loving arms of her parents and the protection of Specters who also have come to love their young mistress. As time wares on, all of the Knights from Zeus to Hades come to care for the girl, who is more than she appears. She has magic powers, and a Mary Poppins like charm crossed with Eglantine Price practicality mixed with a siren mermaid singing voice and a playful fairy personality. She has a fairy menagerie of pets and plus the combined beings of the cosmos, she practically has a zoo at her beck and call. Eventually, Eleanor gains the respect of the Gods and the Goddesses and the love and affections of their saints. But not all is rosy in the garden, there is a threat that will harm the very Saints that Eleanor has allowed into her heart, and the threat is close to home.
