By the legal age of 18 in Britain and all over the world; everyone gains a special mark. No one really understands the mystery as to why it happens at this age, or why it can't be removed. But y/n didn't mind hers at all. She had been waiting for so long to finally discover what hers looked like after all her older friends showed off their marks and wondered what their fates for the future would be. Would their marks lead them to wealth? Space? Fame? Ever lasting life? The past? The future?
...love? 
It was a mystery. An adventure to go on to find their fates. 
But little did y/n know that her life from the modern world would change drastically. For better or worse? Who knows? 
You'll have to read to find out...

I recommend skipping the first chapter as it's quite long and uneventful but that's your choice 😅

As Arthur Morgan is out desperately trying to track down game to bring back and feed to the starving gang he stumbles across an animal unlike any even he, in all of his travels, has ever seen before. In the process of finding out the unique story behind it he meets a woman. He can't decide if this woman's presence in the same desolate, snow covered wilderness as he and the gang are in is mere coincidence or if there's more behind it than she's letting on. If it is pure coincidence that she's there than what is she doing alone on this frozen mountain? Whatever has brought her into his life he isn't sure but what he does know is he can't get her image out of his mind. Her bright red hair along with her piercing gaze that seems to stare right through him. As he attempts to find out more about her he convinces himself it's strictly out of caution. It's his responsibility to make sure that she's harmless and poses no threat to them but somehow deep down he already knows the only thing she poses a threat to is his heart. Isabella refuses because she's not a gamer and she's absolutely exhausted which Lindsay never understands..but she instead agrees to watch her and chills with a beer in hand.. but hours go by and Lindsay somehow convinces her to play. She instantly gets hooked to the story and the character Arthur Morgan. It's like a book but the details and the visuals quench her every need in ways that a book couldn't. That night she decides to look for clues and secrets online..but her phone acts weird. She accidentally opened a "dark browser" that hacks her PS4 and phone. She waves it off as if it is nothing and goes to bed...but when she wakes up, her whole life has changed.. to her disbelief she wakes up in the cool hills of the Cumberland Forest. A mysterious voice from above offers her a deal, if she saves Arthur, she can come home. The kicker is.. she only has five chances to save him or...game over.
