I call out into the darkness in my room. I hear a slight chuckle and my fear continues to grow. I feel my bed dip down as if someone had sat down on it. I jump up and run to my light switch flipping it on quickly. I look back to my bed to see a boy sitting there.

Bang! I sat bolt upright. Did I imagine that? That noise? What was it? I clambered out of bed and almost fell down the stairs with the panic that had set in.
