A retelling of the classic fairy tale. 
I wrote it in the classic style of fairy tales as best as I could which means it contains dark elements.

I did not write this with any ideology or deeper meaning in mind, but it can certainly be read as such.
It is part of what is planned to be a series called "Twisted Tales" which is meant to be re-imaginings of fairy tales I personally like.
