This is a play I wrote for a contest at school this past year. It didn't win, the judges thought it was too sad and heart wrenching. I wrote it in the aftermath of my mother's death, and I suppose I projected my despair into my writing. I'm publishing it, not because I want pity, but because it's a story that I want others to read.Todos los derechos reservados

I lower my voice. "And you never contacted me again. You say you've been through tough times, then what about me? You think my life was pink and pretty?" "What are you gonna say? That I'm the bad guy?" I look at him dead in the eyes. "Exactly." I walk away from him until he grabs my wrist, stopping me. "Let me go!" I scream, trying to free myself from his grip. They promised they'd find their ways back, whatever it takes and no matter how hard it gets, but (y/n)'s crush for him might be something to worry about. She's never told him how she feels and is now facing horrible news she never wanted to hear. Aidan has a girlfriend. Her determination has got her so far that she can't fall back now that he's right in front of her, with a role in a show she has to fulfill. (This fanfic was inspired by @paucard_ on TikTok!) I stood on the edge of the rooftop. My eyes closed and my mind free. I'm ready. Now is the time. I could feel my breath quickening, Breathe in, Breathe out. I slowly start to gain composure of my thoughts. I can hear the people on the ground. I can see them entering the building in their perfect dresses with their perfect hair. I look down at my Royal Blue gown and smile. It's time. I slowly exhale and let myself fall. I'm free. Well, that's what I thought when I jumped, but the world hates me. So now. I'm alive and kicking, quite literally kicking in fact. Paisley George is a screw up, her "True Love" even knew it. So she jumped, but her.... attempted suicide was a failure, now she is stuck living with her grandma. event after event, Paisley ends up becoming friends with the towns bad boys and maybe she might just fall in love with one. You never know.

Specter: This is a story I've been working on for awhile. I've seen many people talk about how bad their writing is. This just makes me cringe because they say this when they're just on their first draft. I decided to post the first draft of my story called Specter. This is purely just to give writers and idea what a first draft looks like. A confidence booster. Something to compare your writing to. The best writer never wrote a master piece on the first go. When you read this you'll say, this is good but needs to be worked on more. WARNING CONTAINS: Dead plot points that go nowhere, Cringe worthy dialogue, Characters that are not fleshed out, Weak characters, A rushed ending, A weak villain, Thin plot that has little meat Scenes that make you say, "Srsly?"

A short story about an agoraphobic woman living alone on a small farm property. It follows her descent into hopelessness at her situation, as well as the increasing tension with her twin, who has been taking care of her. This is very amateur, and I don't usually do creative writing, so I apologize for any messiness or beginner mistakes. The first part was written all the way back when I was still in High School, so pardon the poorer quality there. Any feedback/constructive criticism is very welcome.

I feel his dirty hands touch me once more and move up higher to my thighs. I try to jerk them away but he locks my arms in his hand above my head as a thousand hot tears leave my eyes. No...no...please... I shut my eyes, not wanting to see this face another time. I shudder in disgust as he brings his lips to my neck and starts kissing me. Suddenly, I hear a groan of pain and I get free of his disgusting hands. I don't feel him on me but I don't dare to open my eyes. Another moan is heard again and a punch. I open my eyes and see him kneeling and bleeding. I watch at the boy who saved me and he hits him hard as more blood floods from his lips and nose. It's so dark and my tears don't allow me to see my angel. My savior moves as his fist connects with his face and my angel's hair glow under the moonlight and I stop breathing. Corbyn? The boy falls to the ground unconscious as Corbyn hits him in the jaw for the tenth time. His eyes move to my glossy ones and without any thought, he comes to me and wraps his arms around my body tightly. And just like that, I start crying harder as I bury my head in his neck and tug hard in this shirt. He doesn't say a word, he just pulls me closer to him and leaves me to surrender to this cathartic cry that overwhelms me. My brain stops working and the only word that exists is 'save'. I open my mouth and after so many weeks, the first words that slip my lips between cries and sobs are "You...you saved me" ----- Amelia is a young girl with a simple life and plans for her bright future. After her parent's death, everything she thought she knew will alter. But actually, all that is about to change when a blonde annoying boy will come into her life and break everything she believed into pieces. And who knows even save her and himself...

I had to write this for a school project and my friend said it was pretty good, so now I'm just "Jesus take the wheel" I got inspired by Disney's "Encanto", but the storyline and the characters are made by me.
