There was Camila, a girl who was a student of the writing program at NYU. She liked to drink hot chocolate from a independent cafe while reading books underneath the big tree in her favourite park.
There was Karla, who lived her whole childhood in Miami and liked to blare one direction as she let her mother do her hair.
And then there was Silk. She was a prostitute and a stripper who liked to smoke with her two roommates as they sat precariously on the edge of the roof of their apartment building.
She made sure to never let these very different girls meet. Until Shawn came along.
