Itachi, a medical student, becomes the caregiver of a foreign girl after finding her scratched up and bruised; she had survived a violent car accident while on a family trip in Japan. Now that her family is gone, she’s under the care of a man she’s never met before. As time passes, she encounters two problems:

1) She speaks zero Japanese.
2) She feels an intimacy with a foreign stranger.

But little do she and Itachi know that, despite being strangers, their connection actually goes as far back to childhood, as well as partake in each others' future.

Was it fate, or was it destiny that brought them together?
